ANNOUNCEMENT!!! FLUAddon version 1.82 is out. (03-Dec-2011) Adds many new updates and features including the Omicron Zeta, Dyson Sphere, and Alaska systems. Infiltrator ship, new commodities, jumps, and other fixes and updates applied as well.

This mod does require the JFLP update on the downloads page. You should be able to install by deactivating and deleting the FLUAddon mod, running the JFLP update, and then downloading and installing the new version 1.82.
