24/7 FREELANCER UNIVERSE is one of the longest online Freelancer servers. We've been online for over eight years and counting.
(Anyone who can furnish me with more details about the history of FLU's existence please PM me).

Server Rankings show us as being among the most active Freelancer servers with a dynamic and growing player base.

We are a PvP server and allow player vs. player action in all systems. Your behavior will determine the need for disciplinary action or for additional server rules.

We currently have only 3 Official Server Rules. They are: No Cheating, No Modding (outside of the optional FLU Addon Mod which is not necessary to play on FLU), and No Swearing.

We strive to provide a friendly place for all ages to play and congregate and hope you will find it to your liking.

You will start the game with a Starflier and 5,000 credits. This will be enough to allow you to begin upgrading right away. All player freighters are lootable. There are additional server side mods to enhance gameplay without affecting the Freelancer feel and experience. We think you will like it.

When you are comfortable with the server, download and run our optional mod that offers some enhancements you may enjoy.
