Official Microsoft Patch (1.1) for Freelancer

Patch released by MS shortly after Freelancer was released to correct some connectivity issues with multiplayer servers. Reports suggest it's more useful for people running a FL server but we have seen issues where players couldn't connect to a server without it.

This patch is built into the FLUAddon Mod and is not required if running the mod.
