Freelancer NoCD Patch

For those who have installed Freelancer but no longer have a CD-ROM and the game won't run because it fails the 'CD in drive' check.

This patch is built into the FLUAddon Mod and is NOT required if running the mod.

This patch MAY be needed to run Freelancer in Windows 11, mod or not.
