Global List Server Workaround Patch

When Microsoft stopped hosting the Freelancer Multiplayer Server List w0dk4 created the workaround patch which helped keep Multiplayer Freelancer alive (23 years now so far).
This patch includes installation instructions for standalone installation.

This patch IS required to see the available servers on the global multiplayer server list. But there's really only one server you really want to play on, no?

This patch is built into the FLUAddon Mod and is NOT required if running the mod.
